Requirements

NCE / B.Ed / B.A./ B.Sc. in Education or a relevant field.
Relevant teaching experience is an advantage.
Have a strong passion for teaching and child development
Can deliver engaging, creative and child-centred lessons
Have excellent communication and classroom management skills
Are patient, nurturing and confident
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, punctuality and accountability
Can work effectively as part of a team
Are receptive to feedback and committed to continuous professional growth
Can support pupils academically while intentionally developing their character and confidence
