Skyshore Downstream & Marketing Limited is expanding its lubricants business and is seeking experienced, result-driven Regional Sales Managers to lead sales growth within their assigned territories.
This position is strictly for professionals with a proven background in the lubricants industry who possess established customer relationships and can deliver measurable sales results from the outset.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must:
Have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in automotive and/or industrial lubricants sales.
Possess an existing network of distributors, fleet operators, industrial customers, dealers, and key lubricant buyers within their region.
Demonstrate a consistent record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Have strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.
Be capable of developing new markets while growing existing customer accounts.
Be willing to commit to agreed monthly sales volume targets.
Strong knowledge of industrial lubricants will be an added advantage.
