We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager – Process Systems to lead the commercial growth of our Process Systems business across Nigeria's Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional with an established network among operators, EPC contractors, OEMs, and key industry stakeholders, and a proven ability to originate, develop, negotiate, and secure high-value projects.
Key Focus Areas
Drive revenue growth and market expansion for Process Systems solutions.
Develop and execute strategic account and business development plans.
Build strong relationships with operators, EPCs, and industrial clients.
Lead opportunity pursuits from identification through contract award.
Promote solutions including:
Fuel Gas Conditioning Systems
Process Packages & Modular Systems
Early Production Facilities (EPF)
Produced Water Treatment Packages
Gas Processing & Separation Packages
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (MBA is an advantage).
8–15 years of Business Development, Sales, or Engineering experience within the Oil & Gas or Industrial sector.
Demonstrated success selling process packages, modular systems, engineered equipment, or automation solutions.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and an established network within Nigeria's energy industry.
