The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping organizational culture, improving employee engagement, and ensuring that HR strategies align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Administrative Duties:
Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with company goals.
Advise management on HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
Foster a positive work environment and handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
Oversee performance appraisal systems and support managers in performance improvement plans.
Address grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in line with company policy.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs.
Support employee career development and succession planning initiatives.
Compensation, Benefits & Compliance:
Manage payroll processes, employee benefits, and compensation structures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 2–5years proven experience in Human Resources, with at least 2years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
