Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer (Civil) to ensure all construction activities comply with approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on QA/QC experience within a reputable construction company.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality standards.
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Prepare and review inspection reports, ITPs, and quality documentation.
Monitor construction activities and resolve quality issues through corrective actions.
Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities.
Maintain accurate quality records and ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
4–5 years of QA/QC experience in a construction company.
Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection procedures.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience on building or infrastructure projects.
QA/QC or Quality Management certification is an added advantage.
