We are looking for an ambitious and high-performing Sales Executive with a proven track record in real estate sales to drive property sales, generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute significantly to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct marketing.
Market and sell the Company's real estate products and investment opportunities.
Conduct property inspections and client presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Attend exhibitions, networking events, and property showcases to promote the Company's offerings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the sales process.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Economics, or any related discipline.
Minimum of five (5) years' proven experience in real estate sales.
Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the Abuja real estate market will be an added advantage.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
