Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
10–15 years' experience in Oil & Gas Well Testing, including 5+ years in a leadership role
Strong expertise in well testing operations, equipment management, and project execution
Proven leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills
Offshore certifications (BOSIET/HUET) are an added advantage
