The Critical Minerals Financing Corporation (CMFC) Plc—formerly known as DEAP Capital Management & Trust—is an investment firm headquartered in Victoria Island, Lagos. Backed by a ₦6 billion capital injection from Banklink Africa, CMFC focuses on financing, capital structuring, and project development across Africa’s critical minerals supply chain.
The successful candidate will lead all legal, governance, and transactional structuring activities across investment banking, mining finance, structured transactions, commodity trading, SPVs, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years post-call experience
Strong background in project finance, investment banking, energy, infrastructure, mining, or international transactions
Experience drafting complex commercial agreements and structured finance documentation
Excellent negotiation and regulatory engagement skills
Experience as an SEC-registered individual is an advantage
