The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing the Company's social media presence across all platforms.
The role requires a highly creative individual with strong content creation, community management, and digital engagement skills, capable of driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and audience growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the Company's marketing and business objectives.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Manage the Company's online communities by responding to inquiries, comments, messages, and customer feedback in a timely manner.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with the design, marketing, sales, and customer relationship teams to develop compelling campaigns and content.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, audience growth, engagement rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Support product launches, promotions, events, and corporate campaigns through social media initiatives.
Monitor brand reputation online and escalate issues requiring management attention.
Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
2–4 years' experience managing social media accounts for a corporate organization, agency, or brand.
Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Good understanding of social media advertising, audience engagement, and digital marketing principles.
Experience with graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
