Supervise maintenance activities within the mall.
Ensure efficient operation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Manage technical staff and external contractors.
Monitor safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Prepare maintenance reports and budgets.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in facility management or technical operations.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
