Work Schedule:Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Preferred Location: Candidates residing in Ikeja, Maryland, Ogba, Allen, Opebi, Magodo, Ojodu, Ketu, Agege, and surrounding areas will be given preference.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E-Commerce Operations Officer to oversee order fulfilment, inventory management, quality control, and customer support activities.
The ideal candidate will ensure orders are processed accurately, inventory records remain up to date, and customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience. The role also involves capturing basic photos and videos of products and order preparation processes for accountability and occasional marketing purposes.
Key Responsibilities
Process and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
Package and dispatch orders in a timely manner.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners when required.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and products.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Capture basic photos and videos of products, packaging, and order fulfilment processes.
Support operational efficiency by maintaining organized inventory and workspace records.
Assist with other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
Previous experience in customer service, inventory management, retail operations, or e-commerce is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of social media, smartphone photography, and videography is an added advantage.
Must be computer literate and proficient in basic digital tools.
Must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas.
