Job Summary

The Station Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the filling station, ensuring efficient fuel sales, customer satisfaction, inventory accountability, safety compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all daily station operations. 
Ensure accurate fuel dispensing and sales reporting. 
Monitor fuel stock levels and coordinate replenishment. 
Supervise station attendants and support staff. 
Ensure strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations. 
Monitor cash handling and reconciliation processes. 
Investigate stock variances and losses. 
Maintain excellent customer service standards. 
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs. 
Prepare operational and sales reports. 
Ensure cleanliness and proper appearance of the station. 
Drive initiatives to improve station performance and profitability. 

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline. 
Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a filling station or retail operation. 
Knowledge of petroleum retail operations is an advantage.
