Are you a strategic finance professional with a passion for driving business performance, ensuring financial integrity, and providing executive-level financial insights?
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, treasury management, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and business performance analysis while supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Manage cash flow, receivables, investments, and working capital.
Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate external audits and maintain strong internal controls.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to Management.
Review commercial bids, contracts, and major financial transactions.
Drive cost optimization and financial process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional certification.
Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, with leadership responsibilities.
Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is an added advantage.
