We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Center Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our home appliance service center in Isolo, Lagos.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with home appliances, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to coordinate technicians, manage repairs, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day activities of the service center and technical team.
Coordinate the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of home appliances.
Monitor technicians' performance and ensure timely completion of repair jobs.
Ensure all service requests and customer complaints are properly handled and resolved.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts usage, and service reports.
Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and technical equipment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
Train, guide, and evaluate technical staff to improve productivity and service quality.
Liaise with management regarding operational challenges and service improvements.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement measures to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Technical Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have 3–5 years' experience in a supervisory role within a home appliance service center or related technical environment.
Strong knowledge of home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, televisions, microwaves, and other household equipment.
Ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
