We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with 4–8 years of experience to provide administrative and operational support to senior management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth execution of executive and organizational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official correspondence.
Serve as a liaison between management, staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate projects, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Organize meetings, events, and company engagements.
Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation.
Monitor office operations and provide administrative support where necessary.
Conduct research and prepare briefs for management decision-making.
Assist in managing communication and ensuring effective workflow across departments.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
4–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Officer, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
