Review and reconcile daily revenue reports.

Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
Manage payroll processing.
Prepare and submit tax returns.
Perform internal audits and control measures.
Collaborate to review budgets and financial performance.
Assist in budget and forecast preparation.
Analyze financial performance fluctuations.
Support external audits and resolve issues.
Implement and maintain financial software.
Track and report on occupancy rates
Conduct inventory audits and manage cost control.
Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
Generate and present financial reports.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Assist in financial planning and strategy development.
