Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Practice Educator, to work in the learning and development department at RCHT. This role is ideal for education professionals looking to make a significant impact on clinical practice development while advancing their career in the UK healthcare system.
Main Duties of the Job
The post focuses on three key areas of responsibility:
1. Co-ordination and support of all non-medical undergraduate learners on placement within the Trust.
2. Support and development of Supervisors, Assessors and Preceptors in practice settings.
3. Provision of clinically based education within specific acute ward areas, supporting both pre-registration students and preceptees.

- Teaching and/or mentoring/Assessor qualification
- Evidence of teaching in a classroom and/or clinical area
