A reputable financial services firm located in Anthony, Lagos is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Officer to lead its sales team and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, expanding the client base, and promoting the company’s financial products and investment solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for financial products and investment services
Drive client acquisition and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and retail clients
Oversee negotiations and ensure successful deal closures
Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular sales reports
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the financial sector
Requirements
Minimum of 3years’ sales experience in the real estate industry
Proven experience also in finance
Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills
Good understanding of financial products, investment solutions, and market trends
Ability to drive business growth and meet sales target.
