Position Details
The Pharmacy Technician position offers a competitive hourly rate of $35.21 CAD for 37.5 hours per week. This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible scheduling options including early morning, morning, day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. The position is based on-site at our Kelowna location, allowing you to work directly with our healthcare team and patients.

Position Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Technician at Interior Health Authority, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, managing inventory, ensuring proper storage of pharmaceutical products, and providing excellent customer service to patients.
Key Duties
Specific responsibilities may include: compounding and preparing pharmaceutical products, entering prescription information into computer systems, managing pharmaceutical inventory, maintaining proper storage conditions for medications, providing medication information to patients, and ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.
