12–15 years of experience in microfinance, retail banking, or MSME banking.
Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles
Demonstrated ability to drive commercial growth and lead high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian financial services landscape.
Excellent strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
