Job Details
Initiative execution support. Provide structured analytical and coordination support on active transformation initiatives. This includes maintaining workstream plans, tracking milestones and dependencies, preparing status updates, coordinating across BU workstream owners, and flagging risks and delays to the Transformation Manager.
Analysis and problem-solving. Conduct the analytical work underpinning transformation initiatives — data gathering, process mapping, benchmarking, root cause analysis, options assessment, and business case development. The holder is expected to produce work at a standard that can be presented to BU leadership without significant rework.
Stakeholder coordination. Manage the operational rhythm of assigned initiatives — scheduling, agenda preparation, action tracking, follow-up with BU counterparts. Ensure that meetings produce decisions and commitments, not just discussion.
Portfolio reporting. Contribute to transformation portfolio updates by gathering data from BU initiative leads, maintaining tracking tools, and preparing draft reporting for the Transformation Manager’s review.
Research and benchmarking. Conduct research on transformation best practices, peer approaches, and relevant market developments to inform initiative design and to support the Transformation Manager’s problem-solving.
Independent workstream delivery. As capability develops, take ownership of discrete workstreams within larger initiatives — managing BU counterparts, tracking delivery, and reporting progress independently. This is the primary growth trajectory of the role.
