The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of Itel mobile devices, increasing market presence, and ensuring strong visibility across assigned territories.
The role requires active engagement with retailers, distributors, and end customers to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Itel mobile phones within assigned territory
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners
Ensure proper product display, visibility, and branding at retail outlets
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and performance
Educate customers and retailers on product features and benefits
Ensure compliance with company policies (including IMEI and sales reporting standards)
Performance Metrics
Sales volume and revenue targets
Market coverage and new customer acquisition
Retail visibility and merchandising compliance.
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any related field
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the mobile phone or FMCG industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
Good knowledge of the local market and sales territory
Basic understanding of smartphone features and technology
