Minimum of OND/HND or Bachelor’s Degree in:

Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Building Technology
Facility Management or related field

Work Experience

Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience in maintenance, facilities management, or technical services; experience in a school is an added advantage. 

Technical Skills

Good knowledge of:
Electrical systems and wiring
Plumbing systems
HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
Basic carpentry and general repairs
Ability to troubleshoot and fix faults efficiently
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
