We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Efficiency Officer to improve operational processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.
The ideal candidate will identify inefficiencies and implement strategies that drive productivity and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement efficiency strategies and process improvements
Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
Streamline workflows to reduce waste and increase productivity
Collaborate with different departments to optimize operations
Support management in strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Proven experience in operations, business analysis, or similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
