At Lamlan Digital Solutions, we help businesses navigate the complex digital landscape and turn their online presence into a revenue-generating machine. We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Sales Agent who understands the power of SEO, PPC, and Social Media, and knows how to communicate that value to business owners.
In this role, you will be the bridge between a client's business goals and our agency's digital expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and reach out to B2B prospects who are underperforming online and could benefit from Lamlan’s service suite.
Consultative Selling: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client pain points and business objectives.
Present Digital Solutions: Pitch customized marketing strategies (SEO, Content, Paid Ads, Web Design) that align with the client’s budget and goals.
Value Articulation: Explain complex marketing KPIs—such as ROAS, CPC, and organic rankings—in a way that is easy for business owners to understand.
Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to manage the full sales cycle from "cold lead" to "signed contract."
Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and technical teams to ensure that the promises made during the sales process are achievable and impactful.
Requirements & Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-7 years experience.
Digital Literacy: A strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing).
B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of selling services to small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs) or corporate clients.
The "Closer" Mindset: Comfortable asking for the sale and handling common objections regarding budget or "doing it in-house."
Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written skills; you must be able to write persuasive proposals and lead high-stakes presentations.
Analytical Ability: Ability to look at a prospect's current website or social media and identify immediate "low-hanging fruit" opportunities for improvement.
Tools: Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) and Google Workspace.
