RS Hunter is managed by a team of professionals who have had several years of experiencehandling the Human Resource function in a variety of industries ranging from Banking, FMCG’s, Engineering, Maritime and Aviation within Nigeria and along the West African coast and would be a good resource to any organisation looking to start up or enhance their business from the people perspective in these areas.Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting party items for events such as birthdays, graduations, baby showers and holidays
Promote products, upsell party packages, and recommend complementary items
Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions
Process sales transactions accurately (cash, POS, and online orders)
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
Assist with stock restocking, inventory checks, and merchandise displays
Support marketing efforts by informing customers about promotions and events
Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat and corporate customers
Requirements
2+ previous customer/sales rep or retail experience preferred (party or gift store experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, persuasive, and customer-oriented attitude
Basic computer, math and POS system skills
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
