Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Internal Control Officer located in Lagos. The Internal Control Officer will be responsible for day-to-day vouching of accounting tasks, financial records, financial statements, and complete inventory audit.

Assists the Head of Internal Control to ensure that the company’s inventory records are well maintained.
Carry out weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly remote and physical audit of all branches and warehouses.
Assist the HIC in the conduct continuous physical verification, conditions, controls and reporting fixed assets. 
Assist the HIC in the conduct physical verification, authentication, validations, security custodial, and reporting of all business documents.
Carry out any other task that will be assigned by all superior personnel. 

Qualifications

Experience with financial statements and financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in finance and accounting.
Excellent customer service skills.
Effective communication skills.
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Professional certification is a plus.
