Design road layouts, alignments, and intersections, considering traffic flow and safety standards.
Use software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce detailed road and alignment design plans.
Perform traffic flow analysis and evaluate the environmental impact of road projects.
Prepare and present comprehensive road design reports to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with geotechnical, environmental, and structural engineers to ensure safe designs.
Ensure all designs comply with local road safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years of experience in road design and alignment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and other road design software.
Strong understanding of road safety standards, traffic management, and environmental impacts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design effective road solutions.
Strong teamwork and communication skills for coordination with multiple project teams.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
