Financial Management:
Maintain accurate financial records of all company transactions.
Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
Monitor income and expenses across real estate projects.
Prepare cash flow reports and financial summaries.
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Property Sales & Client Accounts:
Record and track client payments for land and property purchases.
Monitor installment payment plans and outstanding balances.
Issue receipts and payment confirmations to clients.
Reconcile sales records with bank transactions.
Maintain accurate client financial records.
Banking & Reconciliation:
Perform regular bank reconciliations.
Monitor company bank accounts and transactions.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare payment schedules for vendors and contractors.
Accounts & Payroll:
Process staff salaries and maintain payroll records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Track operational expenses.
Maintain vendor and contractor payment records.
Tax & Compliance:
Prepare and remit statutory deductions (PAYE, Pension, NHF, NSITF).
Assist with tax filing and compliance.
Maintain proper records for audit purposes.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
Provide financial data to management for decision-making.
Maintain organized financial files and records.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Minimum of 2 – 4 years accounting experience.
Knowledge of financial reporting and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
ICAN or ACCA (or in view)
Experience handling property sales transactions.
Experience with installment payment tracking.
Knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations.
