Drives sales and marketing of Treasury flow products – FX, securities and money market products
Develops and maintains Client Contacts and Call Briefs.
Develops Client proposals and presentation
Through partnership with the Business Groups, identify new leads for Treasury products & solutions.
Cross sell of Treasury Products through close ties with the Business Groups
Develops indepth client knowledge and shares with the team for further Client engagement and opportunity scooping
Ensures that client revenue & volume targets are met
Constantly keeps abreast of market development and regulations.
Scopes the market for competitors’ capabilities & gap and develops how to take advantage of the identified gaps.
Participates in relevant market development activities/ bodies
Supports business units and trading teams by providing market intelligence and updates on client activities
Responsible for Sales admin such as preparation of unit MIS reports and statistics on clienmt activities, both within and outsde the bank for performance management & tracking
Executes & ensures processing of Clients treasury related transactions within agreed TAT
Develops seamless Treasury Product Requirement and educates the Business Units on such.
Works with other Units of the Bank for continuous process improvement to enhance Treasury Product distribution.
Supports the front office SBUs with marketing calls on clients
Complies with all Bank policies.
Carries out other duties assigned by the Head Treasury Sales & Derivatives Marketing
As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook
Education
Minimum Education: First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline preferably business related. Professional qualifications – CFA, LFA, ICAP an advantage
Experience
Varied between 1 & 10 years relevant experience
