Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support the accounting department.
The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
Post and process journal entries to ensure accurate record-keeping
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Assist in inventory accounting and cost tracking
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Provide administrative support to the Head of Accountant

Requirements

B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks and other related tools) and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and numerical skills
High level of integrity with keen attention to detail
Good communication and organizational skills
