Supervise and manage students within the hostel environment.
Ensure discipline, welfare, safety, and general well-being of students.
Monitor daily routines and enforce academy rules and regulations.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support to students.
Liaise with management on student welfare and related matters.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hostel administration, boarding school supervision, or similar role.
Strong leadership, discipline management, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, patience, and emotional intelligence.
Experience working with young people is highly essential.
