Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management frameworks.
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks.
Advise executive management and the board on risk exposure and mitigation strategies.
Establish risk policies, controls, and reporting structures.
Oversee regulatory compliance and corporate governance requirements.
Monitor internal and external risk factors affecting the business.
Lead risk reporting, audits, and stress testing activities.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years’ experience in risk management or related senior roles.
Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and regulatory standards.
Excellent analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability.
Professional risk or audit certification is an added advantage.
