Job Responsibilities
As a Gymnastics Coach at Fundy Gymnastics Club, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing age-appropriate gymnastics lesson plans for various skill levels, teaching proper gymnastics techniques and ensuring the safety of all athletes, preparing athletes for competitions and demonstrations when applicable, evaluating athlete progress and providing constructive feedback, maintaining a positive, encouraging learning environment, ensuring equipment is maintained in safe working condition, communicating effectively with parents regarding athlete progress and club policies, participating in club events, competitions, and promotional activities, following safety protocols and maintaining a safe training environment, and contributing to curriculum development and improvement.
