Essential Qualifications
Essential:
– First level nurse(RMN/RNLD)/AHP qualification with current NMC or HCPC UK registration
– Post-graduate training or experience of leadership / management
– MSc and / or equivalent clinical experience that recognises highly developed and complex levels of knowledge
– Evidence of continuing personal development
Essential Experience

– Post graduate experience
– Significant operational nursing /AHP or leadership plus experience in a complex healthcare organisation
– Significant evidence of nursing / AHP leadership role in a healthcare setting
– Multi-agency teamwork
– Substantial experience of working at a senior level including managing changing and introducing new ways of working in a complex environment
– Experience of a multi professional collaboration at a senior level
– Experience of senior management at an operational level in a complex environment with diverse situations and management and change management

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions. Applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment.
You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.
