NP/PA – Cardiothoracic Surgery (inpatient-weekend days) | Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System

Spartanburg, South Carolina, Job Requirements Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System located in Upstate South Carolina  is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a busy, Cardiothoracic service. This is a high acuity inpatient role working alongside an exceptional multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering top tier cardiothoracic care.     Position Highlights:    Inpatient only  – No clinic follow-ups and OR responsibilities  Friday-Sunday 7a-7p Full-scope  Cardiothoracic Surgery care , including  ECMO  and  Impella  management  Primary coverage in  CVRU , with ER and floor call as needed  Manage post?cardiac surgery and thoracic surgery patients  Work independently with confidence and strong clinical judgment  Supported by a collaborative, experienced care team    Responsibilities:   3-5 years of Critical Care  experience  required   Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment  Strong decision-making and procedural skills  Experience with A-lines, central lines, and chest tube placement  preferred     Contact Information:   Katie Roberts, Physician Recruiter  864-560-4270  kroberts4@srhs.com
