What You’ll Do As an LPN with Medication/IV certification, you will support patient care from assessment through discharge while collaborating closely with an RN and care team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, assess, and report patient conditions, identifying and communicating any changes Support the development and execution of individualized care and discharge plans Deliver hands-on nursing care with compassion and precision Educate patients and families to promote understanding and positive health outcomes Assist in training and mentoring team members within your scope Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered care environment What You Bring We’re looking for someone who combines clinical skill with empathy and teamwork. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (or Associate’s Degree in Nursing) Active LPN license with Medication/IV designation (or eligibility) Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work effectively across teams and departments Experience with Epic or similar EMR (preferred) 0-2 years of nursing experience-new grads encouraged to apply!
