What is this role like?
The Implementation Lead will operate as a highly autonomous leader, owning and scaling our global onboarding and activation function. This role requires experience operating in high growth environments and building structured systems within complex enterprise implementations.
As we scale from 10M to 100M plus, we are upgrading our post sale engine to match our sales velocity, and this role will build that engine.
- Enterprise Go Lives: Drive major customer integrations from technical discovery through launch and activation. Define timelines, milestones, and launch criteria while pushing back on scope creep with clarity and confidence. Own predictable, high quality enterprise go lives.
- Onboarding Systemization: Build standardized onboarding frameworks, playbooks, checklists, and launch service levels. Reduce variability across regions and customers and transition execution from hero based delivery to a repeatable implementation machine.
- Cross Functional Execution: Translate commercial commitments into structured integration plans in close partnership with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams. Align stakeholders, manage trade offs, and ensure implementation capacity scales with revenue growth.
- Engineering Interface and Dependency Reduction: Act as the first line of technical triage, reducing unnecessary engineering escalations. Improve documentation, integration clarity, and structured intake processes to decrease engineering dependency.
- Expansion Rollouts: Support new formats, geographies, and product modules as scoped implementations. Ensure expansion capacity does not become a bottleneck to revenue.
- Team Building and Performance Management: Mentor and level up the implementation team to deliver at scale.
