ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Worldly is seeking an experienced, strategic leader to serve as Head of Accounts, responsible for driving customer expansion and growth across a complex B2B SaaS customer portfolio. This role sits within the Growth department and is focused on leading and scaling account management teams to deliver measurable results through upsell, cross-sell, and product adoption strategies.
Key Qualifications
- 15+ years in account management/customer growth, including 5+ years leading and scaling teams of 5+ account managers in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience directly owning a global account strategy responsible for driving measurable customer expansion (e.g., upsell, cross-sell, product adoption) across a complex B2B or SaaS customer portfolio
- Strong strategic leadership and people management skills
Compensation
- US: $180K – $210K + Equity + Bonus
- UK: $140K – $160K + Equity + Bonus
- France: $120K – $150K + Equity + Bonus
