Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our neighbourhood pub. This permanent, full-time position offers an hourly rate of $36.75 for 35 hours per week, with additional overtime opportunities available. The role involves supervising more than 20 staff members and ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and efficiency are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily restaurant operations. This includes conducting regular performance reviews to ensure staff development and maintain high service standards. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
Staff Management

Customer Experience
