Job Responsibilities
As a Painter with Wilson Pro Painting, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality. This critical first step in any painting project ensures that the final result meets our high standards.
Repairing cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections to create smooth, even surfaces ready for painting. This attention to detail is essential for achieving professional results.
Mixing paint to desired colors and textures to match client specifications and project requirements. Our painters must have a good eye for color and the ability to create custom mixes as needed.
Measuring, cutting, and applying wallpaper and other fabric materials to walls. This requires precision and attention to detail to ensure proper alignment and adhesion.
Advising consumers on color choices and selection of wall coverings to help them achieve their desired aesthetic. Our painters serve as consultants to help clients make informed decisions.
Erecting scaffolding and swing stages and attaching rigging to safely access high areas and difficult-to-reach surfaces. Safety is our top priority, and all equipment must be properly installed and used.
Applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces with precision and care. This is the core of our business and requires skilled, experienced professionals.
Estimating costs and materials for projects to provide accurate quotes to clients and ensure profitable operations. This requires experience and knowledge of materials and labor requirements.
Work Schedule
This position offers flexible scheduling with availability during early morning, morning, day, and evening shifts.
