Job Summary

Daily Responsibilities

As a nail care technician at AAA Nails, your primary responsibilities will include providing high-quality nail services to our clients. You will be expected to make custom designs for clients based on their preferences and needs. Additionally, you will advise customers on beauty products suited to their specific coloring and skin type. Your duties will also include applying and removing artificial nails and nail art using various techniques and products.

Client Services

You will perform comprehensive nail care services including cleaning, trimming, and polishing nails to perfection. Our technicians are skilled in providing both gel and acrylic nail extensions, creating durable and beautiful enhancements that clients love. You will also conduct traditional manicures and pedicures, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and exceptional service. Maintaining a clean and organized work station is essential to providing a professional experience.

Product Knowledge

Staying current with the latest nail care products and techniques is crucial. You will need to have knowledge of various nail polishes, gels, acrylics, and other beauty products to make informed recommendations to clients. Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a valid Manicurist’s provincial license and hold an Esthetician certification. Previous experience as both a Manicurist and Pedicurist is required. We are looking for individuals with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and passionate about providing exceptional nail care services.

Technical Skills

Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in various nail techniques including nail art application, gel and acrylic nail extensions, and traditional manicure and pedicure procedures. You will work between 32 to 45 hours per week, with specific hours to be determined based on business needs and availability. The position requires availability during peak times including weekends and holidays when client demand is highest.

Compensation and Benefits

AAA Nails offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 to $22.00, with compensation subject to negotiation based on experience and qualifications. In addition to regular pay, eligible employees receive performance bonuses based on client satisfaction and business performance.
