The position is located at our Innisfail restaurant at 4927 50 Street, Innisfail, AB T4G 1S7. This is an on-site position, requiring you to work at our physical location. Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $15.50 CAD. This is a full-time position with 30 to 35 hours per week. Pay is provided on a bi-weekly basis. While this entry-level position doesn’t include benefits initially, there may be opportunities for advancement to supervisory roles with additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation
As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items according to Subway’s standards. You’ll use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to ensure freshness and quality. Attention to detail is crucial to maintain our food quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Service
You will serve customers at counters and take their orders accurately. Providing excellent customer service is a key part of this role, as you’ll be the face of our restaurant and interact directly with patrons. Friendly, efficient service helps create a positive dining experience and encourages customer loyalty.
Inventory Management
Keeping records of the quantities of food used is an important aspect of this position. You’ll help maintain proper inventory levels and ensure we have adequate supplies for daily operations. Food Packaging
You will package take-out food properly to ensure it arrives at customers’ homes in perfect condition. Stocking Duties
Stocking refrigerators and salad bars is a regular responsibility. You’ll ensure all displays are fully stocked, organized, and presented attractively to customers. Qualifications and Requirements
Language Skills
