Responsibilities
As a Cook at Rosas Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring all dishes are presented attractively and meet our restaurant’s high standards. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following proper food safety procedures, and assisting with inventory management of kitchen supplies.
You will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours, including coordinating with the kitchen team during busy periods. Additionally, you will help in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items to ensure they are ready for cooking as needed.
Quality control will be an important aspect of your role, as you’ll need to taste and adjust seasonings to ensure all dishes meet our restaurant’s standards. You will also be responsible for following proper sanitation and safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen area, and adhering to all health regulations.

Experience
Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or food service environment is considered an asset but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and develop their culinary skills.
Education
