The childcare provider will bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, discipline children according to methods requested by the parents, and instruct children in personal hygiene and social development. Maintaining accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children is also required.
The provider will maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, organize activities such as games and outings for children, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and prepare infants and children for rest periods. Supervising and caring for children and tending to their emotional well-being are central responsibilities of this position.
Additional duties include helping children with homework and providing educational support as needed. The successful candidate will be proactive in creating a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports the children’s development and well-being.
