Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Bulk Goods Truck Drivers to join our growing team. Location and Work Environment

The work schedule consists of 35 to 40 hours per week, with availability required during early morning, morning, day, and weekend shifts. Transportation Operations
You will be responsible for operating and driving straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently. This includes loading and unloading bulk goods at various locations, ensuring proper handling procedures are followed at all times.
Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection
Overseeing the condition of your vehicle is a critical aspect of this role. You will inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment regularly. Performing brake adjustments when necessary and conducting thorough pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections are essential duties to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
Safety and Security
Ensuring the safety and security of cargo is paramount. This includes proper tarping of loads to protect materials from weather elements and prevent spills or accidents. You must maintain a constant awareness of safety protocols and implement them in all aspects of your work.
Documentation and Communication
Maintaining accurate records is a crucial part of this position. You will need to complete driver logbooks, inspection reports, and record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption. Additionally, you will receive and relay information to central dispatch using various communication methods, including Citizens Band (CB) radio.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a valid Class 1, 1F, or A Licence for operating semi-trailer trucks. This commercial driver’s license is a mandatory requirement for the position and must be maintained throughout your employment with us.
Experience Requirements
Previous experience as a truck driver, particularly with dry bulk materials and tractor-trailer combinations, is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in completing driver logbooks and inspection reports (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip) is essential. Familiarity with Citizens Band (CB) radio operation and knowledge of provincial/territorial transportation regulations will be considered an asset.
Work Schedule
This is a permanent, full-time position with a flexible schedule that includes early morning, morning, day, and weekend shifts. The standard workweek consists of 35 to 40 hours, with the possibility of occasional overtime depending on operational needs. The position requires availability during various times of the week to meet our clients’ delivery requirements.
Start Date
The successful candidate for this position is expected to start on July 1, 2026.
