Job Responsibilities
As a Building Maintenance Worker at MAR-LYN MOTEL LTD, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of our establishment. Your duties will include:
Janitorial and Cleaning Tasks
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and guest spaces. This includes sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a pristine appearance. You’ll operate industrial vacuum cleaners to effectively remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse from all surfaces. Regular emptying of trash cans and waste containers will also be part of your daily routine.
Interior Maintenance

Facility Maintenance

Contractor Coordination
