The Administrative Manager position is based at our facility located at 2639 Alta Vista Dr, Ottawa, ON K1V 7T5. This is an on-site position requiring the candidate to work from our Ottawa location. The role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to work during morning, day, evening, and weekend shifts based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Manager will be responsible for coordinating all administrative services and ensuring the efficient operation of our office. This includes planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to maintain optimal workflow. The manager will also oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory systems to ensure all necessary supplies and resources are readily available for staff and patients.
Administrative Coordination
A primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate administrative services across all departments. This involves establishing effective communication channels between administrative staff and healthcare professionals, implementing efficient processes for handling patient records and documentation, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Operations Management
The Administrative Manager will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the facility.
