The Visa Consultant will provide expert guidance on visa applications, documentation, and travel requirements while ensuring high success rates and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on visa options, requirements, and procedures
Assist in preparing and reviewing visa application documents
Ensure compliance with embassy and immigration regulations
Track application progress and provide updates to clients
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Handle complex cases and provide tailored solutions
Meet assigned targets and performance metrics

Requirements

Minimum of HND / BSc in a relevant field
2–4 years experience in visa processing or travel consultancy
Strong knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and client management abilities.
