Our client, a fast-growing agribusiness with operations in Igbariam, Anambra State, is seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee daily supply chain operations and ensure seamless coordination across procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics.

Role Overview
The Supply Chain Supervisor will lead the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring timely availability of materials, efficient inventory management, strong supplier relationships, and smooth coordination with production and logistics. This role requires hands-on oversight, strong planning capability, and the ability to drive operational efficiency across the value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise procurement, inventory, and logistics activities to support uninterrupted operations.
Oversee daily supply chain workflows and ensure timely movement of raw materials and finished goods.
Manage inventory levels, conduct periodic stock reviews, and implement controls to reduce wastage.
Track supplier performance and quality, and support vendor selection and negotiation processes.
Coordinate demand and supply planning, ensuring accurate forecasting based on production schedules.
Prepare and review supply chain reports, KPIs, and dashboards for management decision-making.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to strengthen supply chain performance.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Supervise and guide junior supply chain staff, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–7 years experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, ideally in agribusiness, FMCG, or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain reporting tools.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills.
